One small nit, but for first time homebuyers, the process was daunting and we had no idea what to expect (what are all of the steps, how long does each take, what needs to be completed for the next steps in the process to start). Something that could be helpful is a pamphlet or guide that outlines the end-to-end process and details for first time homebuyers so that they know what to expect, and remove some of the stress that comes from not knowing what to expect Alec Fleischacker
